For Covered Products, WEDO covers all defects in technology and materials during the warranty period, the premise is under normal conditions of application, installation, use, and service as specified in WEDO's standard product documentation, due to substantial variation in end-user conditions and usage , so the product warranty is not a permanent parts warranty.
WEDO specifically declares no warranties of specific components in any product or service. WEDO's products are designed to meet U.S. safety standards and regulations. Due to many differences in local safety standards and regulations, WEDO cannot guarantee that products meet all applicable requirements in each location.
Customers are responsible for complying with such safety standards and regulations where the product will be shipped, sold or used. Before purchasing and using any product, customer should check the product application, national and local codes and regulations, and must confirm that the product will be used and installed in compliance with the relevant requirements.
The factory warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Shipping damage
Installation or commissioning by anyone other than an authorized, certified dealer
No complying with the user manual, maintenance regulations and maintenance intervals
Modifications, alterations or attempted repairs, excluding those performed by an authorized dealer
Using by mistake or improper operation
Insufficient ventilation
Failure to comply with applicable safety regulations
Force majeure
